Great tasting, quality fresh fish is not only healthy and good for you, it's also extremely easy to cook. Here's a few tips on how to get the most out of your fish:

  • Scotts Fish recommends that you always slightly undercook your fish - there's nothing worse than overcooking your fish and losing it's incredible flavour.
  • Cook your fish simply. Don't overcomplicate things - a few minutes in a hot pan with a little oil will produce great results.
  • Always season well. Add salt, pepper, and herbs & spices to season to taste.
